The BD 100 Portable Line Boring Machine is designed for heavy-duty on-site boring and in-hole welding applications. Built with a robust 100 mm bar shaft, it delivers excellent stability and consistent machining performance, even when working on large-diameter bores.
The machine supports boring operations from 102 mm to 1000 mm and in-hole welding from 105 mm to 1000 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment repairs. Powered by a 1500 Watt AC servo motor running at 2000 RPM, the BD 100 provides smooth rotation, stable torque, and precise machining control.
Its servo-controlled feed system offers accurate forward and reverse movement with adjustable feed rates from 0.05 mm to 95 mm, allowing operators to achieve high-quality surface finishes in different repair conditions. The 230 mm stroke provides sufficient travel for most on-site machining applications while maintaining a compact and easy-to-handle design.
